general terms and conditions


  • You are expected with clean and blow-dried hair. We prefer not to have oil, leave-in conditioner or gel in the hair. If this happens, we will have to cancel or move your appointment.
    If your hair needs to be blown out, we expect to see this when you make your booking. If that does not happen, we unfortunately have to cancel your appointment due to time constraints and other customers.
    We advise you not to make any other arrangements if you are booked with us. Sometimes i do tend to run out!
    We advise you not to bring people with you to your appointment, as this can be very disruptive and distracting.
    We advise you to arrive at the agreed time, so not too early or too late. If you want to make an appointment before 10 o'clock or after 8 o'clock you will pay 15 eu extra.
    Custumers must provide their own hair for the
 
Hair guide 
  • we recommend to buy your own hair. We work with the hair brand ''Probel'' ( pre-stretch) and for hairstyles such as goddesbraids that require curls, we use ''Urban''. We have photos in our highlights for clarity. If you buy the wrong hair, you will be charged for this. For hairstyles such as sew-ins, ponytails or microlinks, we ask you to order bundles from @humangoddes or @Theluxuryhair.club. If you have any doubts, you can always send us a DM :). 
 
 
Confirmation email 

 

  • After booking your appointment you will immediately receive a confirmation email containing a payment confirmation, a repetition of the most important rules and details of where the address is. READ THE EMAIL CAREFULLY PLEASE!
 
Confirmation payment

 

  • To confirm your appointment you must pay the payment confirmation. this is separate from what you pay for your hairstyle. These are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the appointment was canceled by us!

 

Rescheduling / Cancellation 
 
  • Rescheduling or canceling your appointment is possible with us. we recommend doing this within 48 hours. If this is indicated too late, you will pay 50% of what you have booked. 
  • If you fail to show up without any form of communication, you will automatically be blocked on my system and noted on the blacklist!
 
Squeens-ins

 

  • For last minute squeeze-in you pay a fee of 30 EU. We like to look for options together with the customer via DM, so don't be afraid to message us ;). 

Late 

  • If you arrive 10 minutes late you will pay a late fee of 10 EU. after 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.
